First of all, I wanted to say that I'm an introvert and I do not (generally) like what I consider to be self-help books. This, for me, falls into that category. However, I am actually intrigued by this book. It immediately drew me in and got me thinking about listening, hearing others, etc. I would genuinely be interested in reading this book, cover to cover.
