"Bad listeners are not necessarily bad people." I received this book in the mail from Celadon books in exchange for an honest review. I am in the education industry and often find myself tuning out from students, peers, and even admin. My own toddler has trained me to listen for specific sounds only and to often just nod, smile and say no way, oh yeah, uh huh. This is going to be a great book and I can't wait to really train myself to be a better, more purposeful listener.
