A book on listening seems interesting, but the author does spend some time talking about how well she listens and that's the reason her articles are so good. It's a little off-putting. She talks about her experiences with interviews and how she listens. While I don't disagree that we are in a world where everyone is distracted, the first few chapters of this book didn't grab me to read further.
