I received this book yesterday and finished it today. I thought it was a great book and I wanted to keep reading to see how far they would make and what they would encounter next.
This book was about a bike trip through the Great Allegheny Passage and the C&O Canal Towpath Trail. Sean was on a trike and his wife on a bike. I like bike riding, but I don't think I could have gone through some of the places that they biked through. At times they couldn't really see the trail because of the high grasses and a few times they didn't see each other for hours. A couple of the days they kept going even though the rain sounded like it was pretty bad.
They camped some of the time along the way and not being a camper, it amazed me at some of the places they camped. Even the shelters that they stayed at didn't sound too appealing.
It must have felt pretty amazing to finish.
