too many unanswered questions!
This book started off so good! The premise was so interesting - a secluded boarding school infected with a virus of some sort, and under quarantine. I had so many questions about the Tox and how it started and what was going to happen. But then it started going downhill.
The characters were shallowly written and unlikable. Things were introduced and then either dropped or not explained. Several things just went unexplained at the end. This book either needs an epilogue or a sequel, because the way it ended was so open ended and up in the air that it was extremely frustrating. I almost felt like a different person wrote the ending than the beginning.
I would have given this two stars, but the concept was really good. The cover was gorgeous, and the marketing was excellent.
