First of all, at the beginning, just by looking at the cover(really nice though), I thought I will be reading a romance book. The flowers, the cute girl. Not at all !
I have been surprised in a good way! This strange thing, The Tox, hunting you like a beast and devouring you until you die, made me having chills!
The 3 main characters are so powerful, strong and brave! They are teenagers but we can call them soldiers! They live every days in front of death, blood, hunger but they hold on. This book made me cry.
Sometimes I was out of breath, shocked, happy, terrified, relieved.
There is so much action and suspens that I could not putting down my book!
This sci-fi horror book is not ready to let you sleep until you finish reading it!

I didn't know Rory Power before this book but now, I can tell that her writing is so so good!
