This cover is what caught my eye and then the premise sucked me in. This is probably one of my favorite covers of the year. I waited months for this book to come out and it did not disappoint! This book was so different than anything I have read before. I was hooked from the beginning and I probably could have read it in one sitting if I had had the time. It it fast paced and I didn't want to put it down. The ending won't be for everyone, but somehow it worked. It leaves you oddly satisfied, but still wanting a little more at the same time. My heart aches for an epilogue! Is a sequel planned for this book? I feel like another book could be written about these characters. I will be checking out whatever Rory Power writes next.
