Listened on audio. I enjoyed this book, it was a quick read and kept my attention for the most part. This book jumps right in to an apocalyptic scenario and doesn’t have a clear resolution, and I didn’t mind that. If you’re not into ambiguous endings, you might skip this book.

This book has an academia setting while also being set in an apocalypse-type scenario, although it’s unclear if this bio-warfare is country wide or limited to this boarding school. Overall this book is a quick read/listen and would be a good book for young adults and teens. This book contains some body horror and may make you a bit a squeamish but that’s part of the fun of reading an apocalypse book.

I’ve heard some buzz about this book, as well as the authors other book (which I haven’t read). I’d recommend this book to anyone who likes Young Adult, horror, or dystopian books.
