I liked it for the most part. Personal, I wouldn't call it a feminist Lord of the Flies. I do see why it can be compared but the themes aren't there and I didn't really care for the romance. Still loved it.
Personal, I would have loved to get to know the girls a bit more. We get to know them as they are now and as thet were before. I just wanted to know more about their relationship with each other. I would have also liked the romance to feel more I get organic and flows better with story.
And one last thing I have, I know the book is supposed to be very body horror like but I feel like there wasn't enough in the book to really discuss me in a way. Sure it's a really interesting book and there are very good dynamics between characters and I think if you're starting out in the thriller body horror world this would be a good book for you.
