Wilder Girls is about this group of girls who are quarantined on an island as this disease takes over the world. I was excited for this book as it hyped so much. It was gross massive body horror warning. There is LGBTQ+ represented in this. It's not a good book at all though. The relationship felt forced to me as the disease was just gross and no other layers. The story relies too much on the characters who I never connected with and just hated honestly. There was not a single redeemable quality of this book! Please don't waste your time. The writing style added to the messiness of the story.
