The first chapter throws the reader right into the action without any extended world-building. So far, this seems like it will be a heavy, engaging, and fast-paced read. From the first few chapters, I can’t tell if the content will be deep and full of substance or if it’ll be flashy and dramatic yet shallow, but I’d love to read the rest to find out.
