I think this book is going to scare me, but in a good way. I've never read Lord of the Flies and thus I didn't really know what to expect going in, but this first impression blew what little expectations I did have out of the water. This book seems both dark and haunting while also hinting at the possibility of making me cry. I am so excited for this book.
