In the first few chapters of "Wilder Girls," we meet Hetty, Reese, & Byatt, among other classmates, who have been essentially abandoned after a disease they call "The Tox" has spread among their classmates of this boarding school up on an island in Maine. I was so disappointed that I only got those first few chapters! I'm a big fan of survival stories -- can't wait to read more!
