Well well well, I cannot wait to keep reading this book! First of all I used to live in Chicago so instantly I want to read also this cover is A plus ! The 20s entrance me. Right away I loved it. I think it shows romance, history and what I see might be a bit of a mystery. I also am already intrigued by the present day storyline, and I can already tell I’m going to be rooting for a love interest to develop between him and the granddaughter ! The writing is very well done and I love that the chapters are short and to the point. I also enjoy seeing varying viewpoints to mix up the story line more. I love historical fiction and this is going to be something I haven’t really read or seen before. I usually don’t care about the present day story but I already like our guy. I can’t wait to see what happens and I will definitely be adding this book onto my to be read stack of books.
