Who doesn't like flappers and jazz?

I really enjoyed the first look, and I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of this book so I can finish the story. The book cover absolutely jumped out at me! Honoree, a 110 year old spitfire, is the keeper of tales for a young film student that needs her stories to finish his work. The story goes back and forth between current day and 1920's Chicago, which is my "time-machine" dream. I'm loving the way the author tells the story, as Honoree is full of pluck that any woman back then would have earned the right to have.
