After reading a little bit about this book I am extremely curious! A fictional tale revolving around multi-generational drama sounds like a good read to me! The years after the gilded age left the 1920s teeming with corruption that certain folx witnessed first-hand, including this novel's main character. Who wouldn't want to read a book about a modern connection to an influential historical time with intriguing POC characters?
