I loooooove historical fiction that mashed up past and present - dual plots. It can totally make the book or destroy it if not written with care. I haven’t heard of this author before but she seems to be very prolific in the writing industry. I mean come on, Oprah have it 2 thumbs up so how can I not want to read this.
