Hmm, I'm not really sure how I feel about this one. I'm not really a nonfiction reader. The synopsis of this does seem like it would be an interesting story a mother trusting her affair to her daughter. The start of this is a little odd though. All the food talk and then the narrator's own stumble into a relationship. I wish I had gotten to see more of the mother's affair unfolding. As it is it just wasn't enough to make me want to read more.
