This is one of those books in which curiosity will win and I just have to know all the details. It is just so unbelievably weird to me that a mother would confide in her daughter about another man kissing her. Going by the synopsis it doesn't seem like she is aware of boundaries and what is appropriate to discuss with her child. I'm interested in this memoir and how the daughter manages to deal with her mother and how it affects her.
