Where this story leads! I felt several emotions in just the first few pages. I can smell the salt air and know I love stories that take place on the beach. I remember being a young teenager, with your body changing and feeling awkward, but also excited around boys. And the budding relationship between the mom and the "friend"! Wow! On one hand, I understand where she's coming from, but on the other hand, this is something that can't end well. I can't wait to find out what happens!
