Widows was the first of Lynda La Plante's books that I had read. I really enjoyed it and have since read several more of her books(that I've also enjoyed). I love a good heist Thriller and Widows is one of the best I've read. I especially loved that it was a team of women working to pull off a heist that a team of men(their late husbands) had failed at. The writing kept me on the edge of my seat and turning the pages as fast as possible. I loved Widows and highly recommend it as well as her Jane Tennison series!
