Dolly, Linda and Shirley were left alone when their husbands were killed while attempting to rob an armored car. These women aim to pick up where their husbands left off. Not only are following them, but also getting glimpses of what their lives were like before as well. Detective Inspector Resnick, who has tried to capture the man whom he believed was the ring leader of the group has a journey to go through too. There is the wrong side of the law and the right side, the two groups that are telling their story find themselves on the opposing sides, but the real question is who is really the bad guy. They are all survivors and are only trying to do the things they know to have a life that they can live with.
