This story was a roller-coaster of a ride! I felt like it was ending in the middle only to realize how many pages there were left! I think it could've been two whole books but then I guess they would've been too short. I originally thought this was a stand-alone so I'm not sure if I'm going to pick up the next book in the series but I did really enjoy it!
I liked the dynamic between Miyoung and Jihoon but I also wished for less romance and more story. Between friends, family and strangers it was hard to know who to trust with her dilemma. Miyoung had to make some choices in order to save herself but some ended up being the wrong choices.
I enjoyed learning about the gumiho and other Korean folklore.
