Lessons are always told through an interesting story. Ones filled with talking animals, fairies and evil that is lurking around the corner. Jihoon never thought all these myths would be true, let alone met a myth in the flesh. Miyoung just wants to live her life quietly away from humans and make her mother proud. But meeting Jihoon will change all that. Cho does an amazing job of luring the reader into both the mythological and human world. The world building leaves the reader wanting to explore more and is held captive. Creating two contrasting worlds along with interesting characters. It is a delight to read about Korean Mythology and folklore. I cannot wait to read the rest of the book and see how the characters and plot develop.
