This is fantastic novel! Paranormal romances and Urban Fantasy in YA has had some serious struggles and often are not very well thought out. This takes it to the next level. The characters are fully developed and very interesting. I love the mythology of this story. I had never read anything about the nine-tailed fox outside of mythology books so this was an exciting topic for me. This story felt more like fairy tale though which I love. I will definitely be purchasing this book for the library. Teens are going to love this story. The cover is stunning. It looks to be painted which is such a nice medium for book covers. I am not typically a fan of urban fantasy but this is wonderful. I highly recommend it!
