I really, really enjoyed Wicked Fox. I was interested in it at first because it's about Korean folklore! It read very much like a Korean drama, which I used to love watching. The main character, Gu Miyoung, is what's known as a Gumiho, a nine-tailed fox. I've known about magical foxes in Japanese folklore and anime, but this was my first time reading about one set in Korea. The heroine made a wonderful protagonist, someone strong yet relatable. I was rooting for her and her love interest. The book has a bit of everything people love about Korean dramas: romance, tension, drama, action, and in this case, a fantastical aspect. I think people definitely should give this book a try. It's fascinating and entertaining!
