What a fantastic and informative read! I went in with a little bit of hesitation realizing i may have more of a textbook style way of explaining anxiety and I was certainly wrong. Very simple, and easy to read, the author has her book laid out in such an organized way it was easy to navigate the paragraphs, see her big points and learn about the general way anxiety takes form in the brain, and strategies on how to improve the struggles surrounding the different forms of anxiety. I appreciated the way she presented information in such a simple and straight forward way but in some of the areas offered her own opinion to the different remedies.

This is such a wonderful book, I would recommend to anyone looking to learn about their anxiety and all the different ways to improve ones‘s own issues. I loved the readability over such a complex heath issue.
