Why did I sample this during an anxiety moment?
This will be interesting reading after I finish Blade of Secrets which is a ya fantasy with a main character who has social anxiety.
I think when I am out of my anxious space, I can really take in a lot of what it is trying to say. I did enjoy actually putting thought to the different type of anxieties. This is an informative book already, so I am looking forward to reading it.
