This book takes on a clinical approach (using the DSM-V , for example) to explain symptoms related to diagnosis, the body's reaction to chronic anxiety, the kinds of anxiety, etc. I appreciate it as someone who works in the mental health field, but it may come across as dry to those who are not serious about the topic. They would be much less likely to read it, however, and I think the audience is for those who either experience anxiety to a point that it is impacting their lives and/or those that work in a mental health field.
