This is a great self-help book for those that need it, or for those wanting to learn more about anxiety and how to help minimize anxiety for others. I dont personally read self-help books but I consider them to be helpful to others, and that's pretty important. I'm giving this three stars because it's not something I would read but it could be useful to some. Also, I suffer with debilitating anxiety sometimes and have never found a book to be helpful when it comes to anything dealing with my mental health but that's just me and others might cope and feel differently. And that's totally ok too.
