When Two Feathers Fell From the Sky is a story that takes place in the 1920's, about a young Native American female entertainer that dives horses at an entertainment park outside of Nashville. The story involves entertainment, racial divides, spirits, romance, evil, and murder. I can say all of that and not give anything away, the story is truly unique and one-of-a-kind.
I love the relationships that surround Two - from acknowledged friends, to people unsure of being friends at that time with a Native American but whom couldn't help but develop affection for Two. The spirits in the park, the caretaker, the secret admirer - so many characters, all intertwined and all developed so incredibly well all with unique voices and circumstances.
i loved that the story changed voices from chapter to chapter every now and then, and wasn't just Two's voice.
