So, I was very interested in this book because it's a culture that I don't feel like many get to read about. However, many times it was confusing because it would go from present to past with no indication.
Also, I feel like maybe something is missing in the storytelling itself. But I'm not sure what. It may get better with more story, but based in this first impression I definitely wasn't drawn in.
The cover, however, is absolutely beautiful!
