Unfortunately, I'm not a dog person. But if I were I think I would really enjoy this book. It is engaging and well written. It's a love story, not only to pets, but to the streets of New York and the fellow dog-owners who walk them. This would be a great book for anyone who enjoys a story about the special bond between animals and their owners.
