I find self-help books difficult to review. What I find helpful might mean nothing to someone else. And so as I sit down to write, I am still a little unsure how to do this book justice, because I thought it was really amazing.

If you are looking for a boost in confidence, I highly recommend "What Would You Do If You Weren't Afraid?" This book is laid out with each chapter featuring a different piece of Jewish wisdom. Even if you aren't Jewish (which I am not), the concepts are meaningful. The author, Michal Oshman, does a great job of applying ancient ideas and teachings to modern life.

For added learning and reference, there is a glossary at the end which is extremely helpful. Give this book a chance! It's really fantastic! And remember - "If you change nothing, nothing will change."

Thank you to Bookish First and the publisher for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
