Whether I get to read it ahead of time or not (although I hope I can), I am currently working on my own anxiety and this seems to be the right fit for the stage that I am in life right now. Although I am not Jewish, I appreciate that it provides help with a cultural lens that I otherwise would not have sought out for myself. I am interested in learning more!
