The book I didn't know I needed

The older I get the more I feel riddled with anxiety so the first couple chapters really hit home for me. And the more I read the more I realized that this would be a perfect read for me! Hoping to snag this one so that I can get some good insight and tips through Michal Oshman's experiences. While Oshman is stunning and gorgeous the cover doesn't quite capture me. I am not a huge fan of autobiography, memoir style books, I might have passed this one up based on passing it by on the shelf and my assumptions about it! Glad I had the opportunity to check it out as I would definitely love to read more of it! I think I would really benefit from it!
