Ruminate On The Past

First, I love when books have quotes in them, especially quotes such as the one used in this book. It's a little detail that I really love. But on to the actual book... It was interesting to hear her background and experience but I just couldn't get into it. As someone who has suffered from severe anxiety, I connected with her experience. However, I don't really want to read a book about it or how she overcame it or whatever. It's not something I want to ruminate over.
