Not for me
Admittedly I’m not a big self-help reader so maybe this book was going to be a miss for me by the genre alone to begin with. I didn’t find the author’s writing style particularly engaging and found my attention wandering when reading the first few chapters. I’ll be skipping finishing this one, but hopefully it works better for others — particularly those that are fans of the genre. I do think that the author’s background in diversity work is interesting and I’ll be looking up her interviews, as I think maybe that format will work better for me personally for this topic.
