I thought this book sounded pretty interesting. As a fellow sufferer of anxiety, I related to some of the things she brought up. The idea of utilizing Jewish wisdom appeals to me as well because my great grandpa immigrated from Austria, and had a large percentage of Jewish ancestry, around 1910. While my direct ancestors were no longer in Europe during WWII, their extended family did remain there and would have lived through that. Thus, I have a personal connection to it and would love to hear more about it. I'm also a sucker for self help books!
