i was never interested in books of like "self help" (nor thought about it) but now that i think about it, maybe it'll be good. after reading a bit of the first part, i couldn't get myself to read more. my interest for it didn't grow the more i read, instead my interest decreased. i don't think this is a bad book, i definitely could see some others that i know that might be into this though.
