On first look, the table of contents is incredibly cool with the different languages on each chapter. The chapters start out with inspirational quotes, which is always something I enjoy in self-help books. It's a common misconception that adults have it figured out and aren't afraid anymore. The author proves that's definitely not the case. Fear knows no age limits and I am excited to read more and potentially find some inspiration in this very difficult time in my personal life. While I am not Jewish, I found the first read incredibly insightful and I know off the top of my head several friends that would love to read this book as well.
