Fresh take on self help

Full disclosure, I am not a huge fan of self help books. Often times I feel they divulge into weird anecdotes that imply "this will work for everyone" and honestly...I don't actually think we're going to get that here. The problem? The slight bit we got doesn't really give me much of what this advice is going to look like. I'm definitely not out on this book, but I'm tepidly optimistic.
