Overall, I set my expectation high on what was in store for this book when I received it. I fell in love with the cover and the preview and had to know what was going to happen next. It started off strong and set the reader up with who everyone was and questions that could be answered later. However when I got a few chapters into the book, it seemed like the story was going a bit slower. There were parts of this book that seemed to take more time than it needed to. Still, this was the only part of the book that I did not like, everything else was beautifully done. All the characters had something new to give to the story line. Like most people who have reviewed this have said, it gives off an Adam's Family vibe. There were times when something happened later on that they hint at toward the beginning that I didn't understand at first. I honestly loved how this book kept me on my toes wanting to know how it would end. And it didn't disappoint either! I would even love to see this made into a movie in the future!
