I was curious from the start- I mean, the train, the people, the town, the house all seem bizarre from the first pages. The family seems wild- they will certainly be entertaining, no question. It did move a bit slowly at the start, but it's clear that the author is setting up the atmosphere, which is certainly on point. Definitely interested in how the story plays out!
