Beautifully written and suspenseful, I loved following the character back to her childhood home and the mystery surrounding her. The lush descriptions of an ancient family with fantasy surrounding them was endearing yet frightening. Reuniting with her family, I loved finding out that it was a bit backwards with her as the "black sheep" of the family because she is unable to transform into a wolf. With fairy tale elements and a comedic darkness, this will surely be a must read book!
