Woah! Not just the cover but also the way this was written. I felt like this was definitely one of the ones that'll grab me no matter how many times i reread it. I found it super cool that it had a little drawing at the start of every chapter and the chapters are in roman numbers now onto the actual book. Two boys. The older brother (Jack) tries to protect his brother at all costs. Their father is in jail for stealing money and their mother can barely function and isn't stable. With no money for basic needs, jack has no choice but to lose his brother or find the money. I couldn't help but flip the pages rapidly to find out if they made it out safely or not. The style of writing especially multiple point of views really emphasizes the whole situation. It was like you knew the characters yourself! If you're in need of a new book to read, I recommend this one~
