Oh boy I was hooked on this book!! I could not put it down from start to finish. I never heard of Mary Yoder and her case, but now I can’t read enough on it. Upon finishing the book I immediately went and googled everything I could on the case. I’m not one to share my opinions on this type of stuff, but I DEFINITELY think they got the right person and to see so much out there saying otherwise seems crazy to me!
M. William Phelps did a fantastic job of gathering research, evidence, text messages, and so much more to help tell the Yoder family’s story. I was so invested in the outcome and just could not believe all that I was reading. Understanding why people do what they do is really difficult sometimes.
True crime fans will absolutely devour this book the way I did! And I would love to hear from you if you read it! All the stars!
