We Hunt the Flame has something about it that made it tough for me to put down. Maybe that's because of the world-building. Maybe it's because of the characters. It's possible that it's because of the thrilling romance. Every word is meaningfully weaved into this stunning storey that will reverberate with readers until the very last page, and it's told with such emotion. I finished it in a day, as her writing is addictive. The world of Arawiya will draw you in with its dark promise while also giving you hope that the characters will see a better world filled with life and enchantment. The scenery was breathtaking. I had the impression that I could walk right in and know exactly where I was. Despite its curse, the woodland of Arz seemed to be a little reassuring. The details seemed to leap off the page, and I was completely immersed in them. The characters were simple to warm up to, and I thought they had a great character to them. Overall, I highly recommend this book. Don't get me started on the amazing enemies to lovers trope it has.
