If only I judged books on cover alone, I could give high marks to this one. From the synopsis I was excited to check out this excerpt but my excitement pretty quickly was ground down. I am not much of a fantasy reader unless it is based in the world I know- fantasy-lite if you will. This is fantasy-heavy.
