Wow, what a stunning cover. It’s so fresh and yet harkens back to years of fantasy covers in a lot of the style choices — I love it! I feel like it really captures the tone and setting of the story.
I found the story itself to be really interesting, though I wish a bit more time was spent fleshing out the characters. Maybe we’ll see more of that in the later chapters, though. In any case, I found this book engaging and I’m looking forward to reading more
